Here’s a brief summary of the conversion metrics we provide:
- Impressions: This is when a visitor walks by your product. Impressions are the total number of people have seen your product.
- Discoveries: When a customer engages with your product for a period of time, we call this a discovery. This means the customer has stopped to read more about your product or checked it out. The length of time they spend is called a dwell time.
- Demos: This is when a customer requests and receives a hands-on demo from a b8ta tester. It’s important to know that if your product requires no special attention from a tester to demo, it won’t be logged.
- Sales: Of course when the customer buys your product in-store, we called this a sale.
